Following the club AGM 06th February, we have a couple of changes in committee members:

 

Jerry Osborne - New Chairman - outgoing Al Jones 

Alex Wilson - New Cycle captain - outgoing Andy Cairns

Bluebell Run, Sunday May 11 - open to club members only.

Can you run 1.4k in 12 minutes, take a minute's rest and then do it again but 30 seconds faster and again but faster still? 

This is the run that gets faster the longer you keep running. How many laps can you do and still beat the clock?

Games Tournament, Saturday June 14th - club members and invited guests only.

A great social afternoon with time to chat, eat and drink along with a few games of boules, bat and trap and other traditional games

September - Rye Ancient Trails 15K & 30k

Our ERCC runners will be hitting the ancient trails and hopefully bagging some PB's

October- Tonbridge 5k, 10k and Half Marathon

Another race that will see our ERCC runners chasing their PB's

Physiotherapy

 

Even finely honed athletes need a little help every now and then. These guys are specialist sports physios and many of us have used them and had a great experience. Members of ERCC are able to access a special discounted rate. Further details in the members only area!
